Former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer | Leadership Expert
Dallas, Texas
Clint Bruce is the Founder of HoldFast and a former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer whose career has been defined by leadership in high-stakes environments, disciplined decision-making, and building high-performing teams.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Bruce was a four-year letter winner, captain of the Navy football team, and one of the Academy's most decorated student-athletes. Although he earned opportunities to play professionally in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens and New Orleans Saints, he chose to leave professional football to pursue service as a Navy SEAL.
After completing Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training with Class 217, Bruce served with SEAL Team FIVE, leading teams on multiple deployments supporting counterterrorism operations and the Global War on Terror. His experiences leading in uncertain, high-consequence environments have shaped his approach to leadership, resilience, trust, and organizational performance.
Following his military service, Bruce founded Trident Response Group, a strategic advisory firm focused on leadership and risk management, and HoldFast, an organization that develops and represents elite speakers who help organizations strengthen culture, teamwork, and leadership. He is also a co-founder of Carry The Load, a national nonprofit dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of America's military, veterans, first responders, and their families.
Today, Bruce speaks to healthcare leaders, Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, and military audiences, sharing practical insights on leading under pressure, fostering trust, and building resilient teams. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and their children.
